All of our jewellery is designed to be enjoyed everyday.
When you are not wearing your Equinox jewellery, we recommend all sterling silver and gold jewellery should be kept in a dark and dry place, ideally in the box or pouch that your Equinox piece came with. If you no longer have your original box, keeping it in a jewellery box or jewellery pouch works just as well. Giving your jewellery a quick polish with a silver polishing cloth after wearing it to ensure any chemicals and moisture are removed will ensure your jewellery stays in good condition.
Precious metals can be affected by chemicals such as perfumes, body lotions and sun creams. Putting on your jewellery once you have finished dressing will minimise the effects of these chemicals.
Leather is a natural product and benefits from careful protection. Avoid unnecessary exposure to water (shower, sauna, chlorinated and sea water). If leather should become wet, allow to dry naturally at room temperature.

Delivery
All UK orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service.
We ship using the following services:
- Standard Shipping for orders under £120 - Royal Mail Tracked
- Standard Shipping for orders over £120 - Royal Mail Special Delivery
- International Shipping (where available) - International Business Parcels Tracked
We cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control but if you are experiencing any issues, please drop an email to us at hello@equinoxsilver.co.uk and we will look into this for you!
Returns
We offer a simple, personal no quibbles returns policy on our jewellery.
You have up to 14 days to change your mind and cancel your order and return it for a full refund, except for earrings for hygiene reasons, and pieces that have been made to a non-standard size or engraved at your request.
The guarantee on all our jewellery lasts 12 months. If a fault appears within 12 months you can contact us for an exchange or refund. If a fault develops after 12 months we are unable to exchange or refund but can offer a repair for a nominal charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If pieces show any evidence of wear they will not be eligible for a return.
