Disclaimer and Liability Equinox Contemporary Jewellery Limited endeavour to ensure all images are a true representation of the finished product, however there might be slight variations due to print, browser and publishing limitations, as the majority of our jewellery is handmade slight variations in size can occur.
Please note images are not always actual size.
Equinox reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the site as required.
Equinox reserves the right to change prices due to market fluctuations.
If you wish to return your item for a refund or exchange, please return it to us, unworn within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging with proof of purchase, your contact details and reason for return. Please note for reasons of health and hygiene earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
In the unlikely event of the goods we deliver not being what you ordered or there being a shortfall in delivery quantity, please notify us by telephone or by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. Equinox will not accept reporting of any errors after this time.
Equinox does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of Equinox website, or for any products or services purchased from Equinox.
Equinox will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
Delivery Disclaimer: Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full post code.
Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail or an international postal service, Equinox cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, his includes delays due to inclement weather, misrouting, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.
Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.

Our workshop is secured with password protected computer systems. We don’t use any out-sourced companies dealing with data or sales so you don’t need to worry about us sharing your information with any third parties.
If you have made a payment securely online your information is not stored by ourselves but our partner Paypal who securely handle all transactions with the legally required encription technologies.
If you have placed your order over the phone, all details relating to your card transactions are securely shredded immediately and then disposed of using trusted business security disposal services.
