We accept most debit and credit cards and are happy to talk through any special requests. Ordering by telephone is the fastest way to receive your order. All our jewellery is supplied in fabulous Equinox gift boxes!

Send details to Equinox, 1 Victoria Road, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4DG. If sending a cheque please make it payable to ‘Equinox Silver’ and allow 5 days for cheques to clear.
Packaging.
All jewellery brought from Equinox Silver is gift wrapped in tissue paper and presented in beautiful Equinox packaging, ready to give as a present.
Delivery:
All orders will be delivered free of charge.
We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on the value of the order.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 72 Hours, however sometimes because many items are handmade this is not possible you will be quoted a dispatch date when you place your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or refund the goods, if returned within 14 days. Please return the items unworn and ensure the jewellery is sent with adequate insurance. Equinox is not responsible for any damage or loss through transit. Please note that earrings or customized pieces (Engraved or Sized Jewellery) cannot be returned. Refunds will be made within 7 days, a £3.00 postage and packaging charge is made for any returned item and will be deducted from the transaction total.
