A showcase of the best in British jewellery design from outstanding British Jewellers, from 18th February 2012 until 14th April 2012. Come and visit us at Equinox to see some of the most stunning Contemporary jewellery designed and made in the UK.
Equinox Contemporary Jewellery are hosting an exhibition of The Best of British Contemporary Jewellery in February and March this year. The showcase will be held at Equinox in Fleet, Hampshire.
The exhibition will concentrate on introducing new British designers to our existing customers, all the designers in the exhibition are based in the United Kingdom.

Designers confirmed for The Best of British Contemporary include:
Penny Warren. Penny's jewellery is made in anodised aluminium combined with silver, sheets of pre-anodised aluminium are dyed freehand shaped and textured.
Karen Dell'armi. Karen takes her inspiration from all around- from simple everyday emotions and people to architecture- from simple geometry to mother nature.
Linda MacDonald. Designed and made near Loch Lomond in Scotland, these whimsical award winning silver collections capture the essence of the British countryside and romance.
Rachel Entwistle. Rachel seeks to draw out the quirkier side of nature into her jewellery, brining mischief and delight to an ordinary world.
Molly Moo And Jessica Too. We know its not jewellery, but we love Molly Moo's Union Jack cushions and Steggies!
Cathy Newell Price. Cathy's jewellery is typically decorative in nature with surface texture and tiny details. Colour is added to silver pieces with semi - precious stones, gold and enamel.
Oria Ethical Jewellery. Delicate and feminine jewellery designed by Tania & Synovve, ethically made in the UK.
Annika Rutlin. "We basically love what we do! It's creative, its fun, we get to manipulate metal and get dirty!"
Amy Keeper. Incorporates the photographed characters from vintage postcards to make pieces of jewellery with a nostalgic narrative; sometimes setting the images behind stones to include them as precious elements
Jessica Flinn. Jessica designs and makes handmade beautiful contemporary jewellery "with a twist" from their workshop in Sheffield.
Julia K Walton. Gorgeous textile art, made using using patchwork, collage and rag rug techniques.
Cathleen Baird. Beautiful jewellery inspired by the shapes and forms found in nature.
Sheena McMaster. Nature has a large influence on the themes of Sheena's work, and inspiration from natural and organic materials figure strongly.
Alexandra Simpson. Alexandra works in 18st gold and silver. Colour is incorporated through the use of precious and semi-precious stones and glass.
Rosina Beech. Rosina finds beauty in unusual, functional industrial components. She transforms materials to create a aesthetic new function and purpose.
Alice Gow Designs. Working in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, Alice creates bold and beautiful kinetic jewellery featuring delicately textured aluminium and silver. Alice's innovative designs display movement, simplicity and elegance.
Muru London. Muru is a London based jewellery company founded in 2005. Their philosophy is to create high quality, affordable designs that are as individual as you are.
Jessica Sherriff creates an original range of contemporary acrylic jewellery which is all individually designed and handmade in North Yorkshire.
Marlene Hounam. In her work Marlene uses sterling silver and goes to great lengths to find pearls with good lustre and semi-precious stones of excellent quality.
Fennie Leung. Fennie creates beautiful delicate jewellery using freshwater pearls and silver.
Joseph Lamsin jewellery. Is Created in Cornwall, using the sea to shape and texture each item. All Joesph Lamsin Jewellery is handmade in the UK in sterling silver and 18ct gold vermeil.
